I have been with VMDirect since September 2006. After extensive analysis of all customer support departments, I began developing automated incident tracking programs in order to report what type of support requests we were getting and what their respected volumes where for all methods of contact. After creating this vantage point, we were able to build a much better staffing model, which gained a significant increase in efficiencies. Due to the increase in customer base, we needed a program that would better track customer interaction and help deliver exceptional customer experience. There are many CRM programs on the market, but Rightnow Technologies had the best, I call-it "flex-fit" program in the industry. After initial setup of this product and training both on shore an off shore support locations, it was time to provide our customers with unmatched results. Since then, I have run reports daily to ensure that we are providing consistent levels of support, while always looking for ways to increase utilization. I am also responsible for our off shore support team, which is currently undergoing a few changes due to International Expansion plans.
